Hallo Frankfurt! I survived flying over the ocean!

My amazing host family made and hung this awesome sign on their door!

Beautiful flowers and chocolate waited for me on the desk in my bedroom! Did I mention how amazing my host was? :)

Leaving the states and seeing the beautiful coast all lit up. It's amazing what you see while flying.

The start of a beautiful sunrise. At first the sky was just blue. It reminded me of the scene in Pirates of the Caribbean 3 when "Up was down." Not entirely sure why lol.

Another fantastic view of the sunrise.

Welcome!

During my final four weeks of student teaching I have been placed at the Anne Frank Gymnasium in Werne, Germany. Why, you might ask. Simply because German culture is just fascinating! This experience is going to change my life forever. I hope to grow as a person and as a teacher. I am so excited for the next four weeks! :)
